Dear group,

since I have an Epic, I did some experiments with (from my point of view) large
panoramas.

Stitching large panoramas with hugins default options, I allways ran into a
problem with solid black horizontal lines (more than one pixel!) and some black
dotted lines.

A part of an image is posted on
http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=1893b1-1345016856.jpg as an example.

It shows the 100% zoomed part of an image stitched out of 240 images with total
size of 76100x17400 pixels.
If I reduce the size (e.g. 60% edge length) the artifacts are gone... The
original image size was chosen using hugins "calculate optimal size" option...
If I stitch the image using PTstitcherNG, artifacts are also gone...

Any ideas and/or suggestions to fix that (without reducing image size)?

Thanks
Jan
