thanks. Yes, this was the problem ;)
8 Pictures is ok for me, becousei use a tripod normally. with 8 pictures i 
have a small nadir, where i put a logo over. with 6 pictures the nadir is 
too big for me.
This was just a sample in the zip file. normally i use pre-enfused 
pictures. i did not optimize the controlpoints in this sample.
