You can put enblend to use more memory with the option "-m XXX" where XXX would be the amount of memory in kbytes, like 6000 for 6GB. You can put it in hugin in the preferences window. After opening it go to the "Programs" tab and put the "-m XXX" text on the "Default Arguments" for the "Enblend" program.
