Hi Cartola, I beliewe you are looking for --prealigned option of Cpfind. As stated in panotools wiki ( http://wiki.panotools.org/Cpfind#Matching_overlapping_images_.28prealigned_panorama.29) it should do what you described. Not sure if this is by default, but I have also the option "Hugin's CPFind (prealigned)" in the GUI which uses the option above.
