So back to the stained glass windows. I have something resembling a decent multi-image stitch of a these tall stained glass window. I recently obtained architectural drawings which I scanned with a flatbed scanner. Perhaps this is super easy, and I'm just missing how easy it is, but can I take the stitched image I have, which include some distortion from the poor perspective correction, and the "true" blueprint wireframes and set up, manually, control points that match things like corners, lines, and so on and have hugin stretch / distort the photo to match the wireframe?
