I would like to be able to change the correlation threshold variable in align_image_stack but am no C++ programmer!
I have tried to compile the source (on windows) without success (any hints), I have looked at http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/qtpfsgui/index.php?title=Align_image_stack . Has anyone else tried this before? Or do you know of a version where the correlation threshold is a switch on the command line?
