Not sure if I am correct, but I think you will try to set a batch stitching
environment, don't you?

If so, then you are going to use the tools hugin is based on, cause all of
them are command line tools and this way can be used on scripts for batch
stitching in or outside a cloud. You might also find other tools
interesting, like panotools::script from Bruno Postle and maybe others you
will be able to find at wiki.panotools.org.
