Hugin_2014.0.0-rc4_32bit_Windows.7z contains a pano13.dll which depends on MSVCR120D.dll, which isn't shipped with http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2014.0/Hugin_2014.0.0-rc4_32bit_Windows.7z/download
