I would assign a new lens to each input picture and then optimize 
horizontal & vertical image shift (d & e). Possibly also translation. 
Optimizing other lens parameters (shearing, barrel, pincushion) might also 
help as an emergency. I would also carefully inspect control points and 
remove unnecessary ones, leaving more points on obvious areas. For example 
I would be sure to have control points at the top of the doorway and fewer 
in the ceiling further away.
