Hi All,

I am sorry if the answer is already in this thread, but I am not exactly a
computer genius when it comes to Macs (just got my first one a few weeks
ago), however not bad on a PC. Can someone please tell me the steps I need
to take to fix this same issue?

Thanks,
Justin
