Did you upgrade all the libraries? Where should I move > them to? You missed the detail: this would be an idea if you had been running a previous version of hugin. But the simplest way to do this is: $ cd $ mv .hugin .hugin-old Then try again. If there are no settings in your .hugin that interest you, you can just blow it away.
