This does not look like 2016.0 or 2016.1 under Linux which are the two
versions I have access to. Your screen shot displays the enblend/enfuse
selection dialogue as a selectable tick list (where both options are
deselected), whereas under Linux, these are just normal option entry
fields.

I have attached a screen shot of the tab in question from 2016.1 for
reference.

I have no idea if this is a MacOS specific thing or a build regression.
There have been quite some struggles getting a working 2016.0 Hugin
build for MacOS.

BTW, what version of Hugin do you use? Where did you get it from?

Now, I'd try the following:

o Use the "Load Defaults" (Charger les valuers défauts) in this
  tab. Does this change anything?
o Click on the tick mark for the enfuse entry. Does it work now?

If these things don't help, we need to know
o what version of Hugin you are using (see the string looking
like 2016.1.0.e72a9c4baf9d in the Help -> About dialog).
o where did you get it from
o and you should send (just) the .pto file to the mailing list.

With kind regards

Stefan Peter
