I have manually added the control points through Hugin and the project is
saved as nz_pz.pto. I have been able to generate an equirectangular output.

Using that same pto file (and the same input files) I would like to
generate the output file using scripting. Following this;
http://wiki.panotools.org/Panorama_scripting_in_a_nutshell#Creating_hugin_projects_on_the_command-line

I believe the next step is to run the autooptimiser.
So I run it like this;
D:\...\test>"C:\Program Files\Hugin\bin\autooptimiser.exe" -a -l -s -m -o
optimized.pto nz_pz.pto
Which returns;
could not open script : nz_pz.pto

The pto and the input files are in the test directory. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
