On my map, the shooting, using a tripod with
a horizontal center column (it's a Benbo)
over the map, I inevitably get a shadow.
I hoped to work round this by taking a small
"replacement" set of images where the shadow fell.
Having shot the main set of images,
I moved the tripod to a new position.
I optimised these extra images in the PTO
file (using X,Y), and used masking to remove the
shadow from both sets.
The resulting sub-sets stitch like this:
Main set:

Replacement set.

Sadly, when I stitch the whole set I get this:

Is this "just a bug" or am I doing something wrong?
