Difficult to say with only the screenshots. HDR panorama creation is a 3 step process: 1.) Remap the images 2.) Merge images of each stack 3.) Blend the stacks. For each step another program is used. So you need to find the culprit. On the stitcher tab tick also the options remapped images-HDR and HDR stacks and check the results: Are the gaps already in the remapped images? Or appear they in the merge stacks?
