Hi Stephane, I've never used Hugin, but those of us who are panographers use Ptgui or Autopano Giga, which go better! Maybe you can try a free evaluation version, and if the problem continues, you will have to see if the capture is correct or not, maybe you shot with automatic white balance ... can be one of the causes!
