Caetano, Hugin doesn't guess the horizon height.  If your screenshot is of 
the original stitch project, it may be that the problem is an inaccurate 
lens fov value.  If that's a straight road, then the hfov of the panorama 
looks like it is too small, since the actual view appears to be close to 
180 degrees.  If you have a previous successful stitch, then maybe you 
could use lens parameters from that project in this new project.
