The current version is in the file INSTALL_cmake in the repository. This is 
a very general instruction and covers only building Hugin. 
The building of all dependencies is not covered - it is assumed that the 
libs from the corresponding repository are used.

PS: The mentioned errors in the dependencies seems to be caused by the 
compiling with C++17. Hugin needs only C++11. When compiling dependencies 
with C++17 probably newer versions of the libs are required - but that's 
completely untested.
