You released version 1.0.3, but forgot to update the pv_version* files.

Okay, forget 1.0.3, I just pushed 1.0.6, after somemore refactoring today, small modifications, one bug fix and updates to the README. I hope things can slow down a bit now - I did a few ten exposure fusions and faux brackets plus half a dozen stitches, all seems well, but processing of images with alpha channel is still missing for the fusion and stitching code.

I had to do some wrangling with the versioning code, hence the version jump... hope it does now what it's supposed to do.

I hope this version can now stand for some time, I think I'll do some more tweaking for speed but the results should be good as it is. Sorry for being a bit frantic over the last few days, thanks for your patience.

Note that stitches and fuses by pressing keys (U, P, E) from the viewer are artificially slowed down to leave performance for continued viewing, if you don't like that, use --snapshot_threads=... to increase the number of threads from the default of 1 (maybe a bit too low...). Batch jobs use as many threads as the machine has cores.
