Position is roll, pitch and yaw. View is the horizontal lens angle of view. Translation is xyz position of the camera. Barrel is the radial barrel (or pincushion) distortion of the lens. For your document assembly project, you will need to use all of these, but not all at once - this can confuse the optimiser.
