Despite trying to be careful in testing and organizing the above, I seem to have made a big mistake on the Z axis. My testing actually shows Hugin's TiX, TiY and TiZ are not a right handed coordinate system. Then I missed that fact in reporting those results. Maybe my test was wrong. The direction of Roll that I measured is negative (or left handed) on the direction of TiZ that I measured.
