  Have you seen the tutorials at
https://hugin.sourceforge.io/tutorials/index.shtml?
  Once I helped a friend stitch some drone photos. Familiarise yourself
with the "stitching two photos" and then "stitching multi-row photos",
which should be your use case with the drone. If you have further questions
about the process ask again, pointing the problems encountered.
