RE: Bugs in setting import chasing option

Yes, the errors that Huong reported with the import chasing
option is a bug in WinHugs; the offsets in hugs32.rc do not
line up correctly with the order in which the command line
options are tabled in hugs.c.

This bug is easily fixed.  But it now seems increasingly likely
that there will have to be a further Hugs 98 cleanup release
to fix this and other minor bugs in the September version.
