[EMAIL PROTECTED] reports the following problem.

Version:       hugs 1.4 
OS:            Linux 2.2.5, SunOS 5.6 
compiler:      gcc 
configuration: --with-readline 
Expected behaviour:
I did not expect the --with-readline option
to cause the signal handling of CTRL-C to stop working.
Observed behaviour:
Having run Hugs 1.4 compiled with and without --with-readline,
I have found that the version compiled with the --with-readline
option did not possess properly-working signal handling.
