I recently downloaded the hugs98-980121-all package and installed
it on a PC. The DOS-window version seems ok, but when I invoke
winhugs.exe I get the error message
A required .DLL file, CTL3D32.DLL, was not found.
A search through the installed directories shows that there is indeed
no such file. Can you supply me with the missing file (and tell me its
intended location), or is the problem more serious?
