Copies of the CTL3d DLLs are included as a standard part of the Hugs 1.3
distribution for PCs.  Visit http://www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~mpj/hugs13/ and
grab hugspc1.3c.zip, for example.

No, no, no, no, no!  (Was that emphatic enough? :-)  Don't put the DLL in
the same directory as the Hugs executable because that screws things up
in all kinds of bad ways under Win 95.  Put it in the windows\system
directory instead.
