foldl' is not a official part of Haskell.  Although it's used in the
Prelude, it's not exported.

By the way, I think I've found the problems with runhugs installation
and with NT installation.  I've also added a patch from Mark Jones to
fix the TREX problem.  I should have a new release out tomorrow
sometime.
