[EMAIL PROTECTED] reports the following problem.

Version: 1.4 (winhugs.exe dated 10 Dec 1997 at 17:54)
OS: Windows NT Workstation 4.0
compiler: n/a
configuration: none
Expected behaviour:
Expected winhugs.exe to be operational immediately upon
installation using WinZip.
Observed behaviour:
Downloaded the latest release candidate binary distribution
of Hugs (hugs32.zip). Ran winhugs.exe (both from Explorer
and from command line). Banner displayed and then immediately
it says
Prelude not found on current path: "{Hugs}\lib;{Hugs}\lib\hugs;
{Hugs}\lib\exts;{Hugs}\lib\win32"
Then a dialog box pops up saying "FATAL ERROR: unable to load prelude"
and as soon as I dismiss the dialog box Hugs exits.

Hugs.exe works OK "right out of the box".
Transcript:
Not available due to winhugs.exe quitting as soon as I
dismissed the "FATAL ERROR" dialog box.
