1.4 Ready?

We have the final version of Hugs 1.4 nearly ready.  Except for a few
small bugs to fix in Fran, we hope that the current beta is the one
that will be announced to the world.  If no serious problems come up
in the next 24 hours then we'll finally call this done!  Please let us
know about *any* problems in Hugs, the documentation, or the
installation.
