Hi,

I've been bitten by a misfeature of hugs often enough now, that I
thought I'd report it as a bug: Why is there no way to extend the
library path of hugs, without completely redefining it?

It is quite natural to want to extend the path with private libraries,
or even semi-standard ones, that are not on the stanard path, like
cgi, but this requires me to *copy* the old setting of -P, which is a
pain in general, and especially as you have to redo this everytime you
install a new hugs with a different setting.

I prosose a -I<dir> flag (`I' for include) that appends <dir> to the
library path.

Thanks,
/Tommy
