Bounded and Ix

Dear Alastair,

the Hugs Prelude is not in full compliance with the Report; you almost
certainly know this, but just in case you don't:

o the class Bounded is a subclass of Ord (the Report defines Bounded to
  be a stand-alone class)
o the module Ix is still exported.
