I've fixed the bug in "bitmap" - bitblting with the wrong graphics op.

The arguments to stretchBitmap are top-left and bottom-right corners
 of the rectangle you want to stretch the bitmap into.
If you specify bottom-left and top-right (say), you get an upside down image.

Arguably not the most intuitive order...

Anyway, fixed in the next release.  (The TeX source for the Graphics doc
 also now hints at what the arguments are - but I didn't rebuild the
 html version.)
