Thank you for your interest in Fran. You are right that it is a
continuation of the ActiveVRML ideas. (Those ideas are also now the basis
of a product called DirectAnimation, which is part of Internet Explorer 4.)
Currently there is some instability with Hugs and Fran, which I'm actively
trying to get resolved.
I'd love to hear what you are interested along these lines. Regards,

I'm very interested in your efforts in 3D animation for

But I am unable to set up the Fran properly. I followed
the described procedure, but Hugs (I use 1.4 BETA971118)
reported inability to find file "Fran". I added \lib\Fran\src to
the Hugs path, but it now report another error:

syntax of operator ".|."
I installed Fran into {Hugs}\lib\Fran
Can you help me to make it work?
