I wonder what's changed, because all the earlier versions work fine out of
the "Program Files" directory.
I'm a bit confused about the installation instructions. Am I supposed (as
seems to me to be implied by the instructions on the hugs page) to first
unzip Hugs98-May1999.zip, or is hugs98.exe actually self contained?

Looks to me like the space in file name (Program Files) has confused
the option parsing. Try installing it elsewhere and see what happens.
(Daan: if the installshield script doesn't handle spaces correctly it
should say something to the poor user!!)
