Could you change the Hugs download web pages to point to the Hugs
graphics libarry web page:

  http://haskell.org/graphics/

instead of 

  http://www.cse.ogi.edu/PacSoft/projects/Hugs/downloads/GraphicsLib.zip

And (since the library now runs on X11 as well as Win32) could you
mention the page in the Linux/Unix section too.
