Hi,
the restriction that the name of a Hugs release string has got
to be 14 chars long is a bit painful to work with in a Windows
Registry. I believe the 14 char limit is only there to make the
banner print out nicely, so why not use printf() format specifiers
to avoid having to manually pad out the release name string
with spaces?
