Hi,
try the following:
1. Download
http://www.cse.ogi.edu/PacSoft/projects/Hugs/downloads/hugs98-Feb2001.msi
2. Save it to disk
3. Double-click on the downloaded .msi file.
4. If that starts up an installation program, follow its directions & you'll
be done.
5. If that doesn't start up the installer, download
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdn-files/027/001/455/instmsia.exe
6. Save it to disk
7. Double-click on instmsia.exe & it'll install the MS Installer runtime.
8. Reboot, if that installer asks you to.
9. Try repeating step 3; if that still fails, let us know.
