Hi, the 'restore' utility available from my Hugs PowerToys web page ought to take care of clearing this one up:
http://galois.com/~sof/hugs/PowerToys.html (Only available as C source code; let me know if you don't have a C compiler laying around & I'll make a binary available.) You may want to consider upgrading your Hugs install to the Dec 2001 release though. It does, amongst other things, put in checks that prevent the situation below from arising. hth --sigbjorn ----- Original Message ----- From: Miles Thomas To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, March 10, 2002 14:50 Subject: WinHugs cannot find its prelude I don't know if this was a bug on the part of my computer or hugs but I thought I would mention it to you guys. I had been using winhugs successfully for about six months when one day it just can't find the prelude anymore. I can't tell you anything more than this: it shows the fatal error message "unable to load prelude" and then closes itself.
