The tests that use the "wrapper" FFI scheme all fail with an unexpected signal:
      ffi/Sin.input
      ffi/Sparc.input
      ffi/Callback.input

This leads me to believe that "wrapper" FFI declarations are broken on Windows. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix it. Can somebody help?
