I am supposed to make the new installshield release for Hugs and I will
provide it somewhere this week.
Untill than, the best thing you can do is download the November 1999 version
from my homepage at:
http://www.cs.uu.nl/~daan
This installshield release will install hugs98 (almost) automatically. You
can start
haskell hacking right away :-)
