On the MacOS you don't have to set the editor, because it will launch to
the creator of the file instead. So, if you for example use BBEdit to edit
your files, make sure your text files are also created with by BBEdit
(i.e., they should have BBEdit icons).
There is currently no way of taking care of the line numbers -- if somebody
implements AppleEvents with Hugs, that will be possible.
