mac os X.2.1

Hello, i have a mac with mac os X.2.1. Ive used hugs on X.1, and it worked just fine. I downloaded it from the page and no probs. But with X.2.1 i just cant put him to work.
When i put him to run it prints this error:

Ive tried to install it through fink, but after the installation another error appeared:
