It's hard to apportion cause and effect here. If anything affects the earths' magnetic field from space,upper amosphere( Haarp) magneto-striction from tectonic plates etc and causes resonance effects via Schumann freqs. then it may well have its cause 'out there' or 'in there' but the effect will be everywhere- just like Hummm... If no one can describe Gravity Waves..then how can they say they are incapable of causing inner ear effects? The planet could be oscillating a few microns in space and that would be enough to twang those sensitive inner parts- and I'm talking ears here.
