Sounds like a No- No John- and that certainly tells us something , as
well as putting my hackles up.
Set up specially to identify new risks yet unable to take up anything
unless it is on  a prejudged 'OK to proceed'  list? Hmmmm...
That sounds more like Fudge Quango than  a Health Committee !
No doubt extremely highly paid -and tame to boot!
Emerging + New [to them] + Health risk ....?  No, wrong Department.
Who  IS allowed to ask for an opinion, I wonder, if not MEPs?
Have they any power at all to bring this to book?
