Yes, that is true it is being observed by many people Who is trying to fit reality into their latest theory of shrinking atmosphere??????? The trosphere is definitely being made to press closer to us and that is our reality because this is exactly what is being observed by many people, whatever the meaning of it-that fact that to many older people particularly it is unnatural how close the clouds are forming in such a lower atmosphere vs years ago
