Low level 3 to 6 secs on and then similar break.. If I wasn't aware of the pattern, I would miss this level or out it down to distant motorway hum. This would equate to lorry traffic at 60mph turning a long bend of some 100s of yards [metres] and projecting to a node at my house. This would be a loose analogue for what hear mostly. This amount of patterning would seem hard to rationalize- and the hard to prove Sub Comms scenario is quite the more possible culprit vis Haarp type Tx mechanisms anywhere round the world- and they do exist.
