Interesting Pete- I photo'd an orb over my house [in a CT[ years ago,
completely by accident.
No reason to tie them together- but no reason either for it not to
have a glow at night.
I didn't even realise it was there- so you have the advantage, this
time!
Bear in mind digital cameras have varying light responses also- but
try to get a shot- if you can.
