Though it may seem odd, I have a parallel story with another problem- Gout! It literally is a killer -but no one recognizes this scourge for what it is. I joined a self help group last year [Gout-pal interactive] and it is an amazing source of help and learning. What you propose is spot on for raising awareness and finding solutions. First recognize the problem, then protect yourself by holistic defences and self confidence maintainence before fighting back using the ways and means of the PTB, like research, comms and network building ,esp. online. With industry all around you, you have your hands full -as that environment is loaded against people having quality of life- but bear in mind in the 'old' days folks didn't have much 'life' left to them, by the time THEY had finished with them! So things ARE better, just harder to knock back the system -as people have got weaker over the last few decades, IMO. Keep going well- and grow that shell :)
