Well it is plausible that it is adding to the Hum, but my gut tells
me
this Hum is instead some form of a off grid energy source concerning
advancing space based weaponary and defense systems

I do hear a noise that I perceive has to do with underground pipes
But I also perceive an even stronger low frequency pitch of a hiss
static n crackling that seems to fill whatever room that I am in in my
home
that is 100 times more prevelant

I don't really think it is as simple as gas pipes I am just a
layperson, but it
seems to me that technology has far surpassed simple a long time
ago and we are caught in the cross hairs of that technology But
that's
just my opinion.
