I only have to deal with Hum+ Tinnitus which is enough- though I don't
stress over it, these days.
Johns' recent 'passed on' post on supplementing with Magnesium and
Calcium may have something in it -as I tried Magnesium and Kelp
recently for other reasons and noticed a change in Hum and tinnitus.
tbh- I wouldn't recommend long term use of minerals without some kind
of professional backup. Use of over 200 mg Mg could cause stomach
dependency and subsequent upset of normal function on cessation.
Many people are short of both Mg, and Iodine [not in US] but it's not
something to guess at, really!
